A real-time operational intelligence dashboard for Blue Prism estates. Fleet health, exception RAG scoring, ROI, and infrastructure on one screen — plus an AI agent that triages exceptions, learns from human review, and answers MI questions in plain English under role-based access control.

A standalone Model Context Protocol server that gives an LLM agent governed access to a Blue Prism v7 Enterprise estate, entirely over the supported v7 REST API. Visibility reads, derived insight, and capability-gated control actions. Every write is gated by permissions, defaults to a dry run, and is audited before it is issued. No database reads, with personal data scrubbed at the boundary.

Reputation management platforms exist, but for a small operation they bring unnecessary cost and complexity. This pipeline was purpose-built: n8n orchestration with direct Google Business Profile API integration, three-tier rating logic, AI-generated responses via Claude, and a human approval step before anything goes live.

Full-stack bilingual website for a Buenos Aires language school. Flask web app with student registration, CEFR course catalogue, authentication, and a user dashboard — paired with a FastAPI REST API sharing the same data layer, JWT-authenticated and fully tested.
