A multi-tab operational intelligence dashboard for Blue Prism CoEs — surfacing fleet health, queue status, per-process RAG scoring, exception trend analysis, infrastructure monitoring, and ROI reporting not available natively in Control Room. Built on the BP v7 REST API and Zabbix, with a full mock data provider for demos and UAT.

Google Reviews Auto-Response Pipeline

Reputation management platforms exist, but for a small operation they bring unnecessary cost and complexity. This pipeline was purpose-built: n8n orchestration with direct Google Business Profile API integration, three-tier rating logic, AI-generated responses via Claude, and a human approval step before anything goes live.
