Location and availability
Based in Buenos Aires (UTC−3), working 100% remote as standard. Where on site presence adds value, available to travel internationally and willing to base on location for the duration of a project.
Engagement structure
Some engagements have a clear scope and a defined end point. Others need sustained senior resource over a longer period. Both work and either way, I'm available to work independently or alongside an existing delivery team.
Billing and invoicing
Invoiced through Continua as a professional service business, registered under Argentine tax legislation as a service exporter. All local tax obligations are handled independently — clients receive a clean international invoice with nothing to manage on their side.
Over a decade at one of the UK's leading investment platforms — starting in client services and IT support, long before automation was part of the picture. That grounding matters: I understand how operational teams actually work, what makes a process painful to run manually, and what's at stake when the automation of it goes wrong.
From there, into the Blue Prism CoE as it formed — developer, senior developer, then architect responsible for the environments, governance, and delivery standards the whole programme depended on. By the time I was setting the architecture, I'd already built the processes, worked with the operational teams whose work was being automated, and seen first-hand what good and bad automation design looks like from both sides.
That's the background Continua clients get — someone who has lived inside a complex, regulated financial services operation and understands what it actually takes to run automation at scale within one.
Each case study here maps directly to a ROM2 maturity dimension — the same framework behind the CoE Assessment. Real engagements, each addressing a structural challenge that the framework identifies as a hallmark of a mature programme.
